You can add or remove items, change the address, add delivery instructions, or cancel your order by sending an email to us (info@nifeislife.com) stating the order number. You can also reply the order confirmation email.
Any amendments or cancellation must be requested in accordance with our cut off times:
Orders within Selected London Areas:
Monday to Friday
by 8 am on the day of delivery for order with delivery time between 10.30 am and 4.30 pm;
by 12 pm for orders with delivery time between 4.30 pm and 10 pm.
Saturday
by 8 am on the day of delivery for order with delivery time between 10.30 am and 6.30 pm.
Orders outside Selected London Areas:
by 1 pm the day before the delivery date
Important information:
Fresh Fish, Fresh Meats, Fresh Bread, and items Made @ Nifeislife (ready meals) can only be cancelled by 2pm two days before the delivery date. If you require to amend or cancel these items it is your responsibility to bear the retail cost of the products.
If you cancel your order for any reason, even according to the cut off times, you may have to pay 3% of the total transaction amount.
